Frequently Asked Questions

All shirts are made to order and are usually done within 1-2 weeks from the date they are ordered. If the TAT is different, it will be stated at the top of the site. 

-Wash inside out on cold
-Hang to dry or tumble dry on low

-No softners or bleach 

To book a party, please go through the book a party tab. Select the SUNDAY of the week you want. If there is a time slot open, then that week is available! It will be that whole week, and not just the hour available. 

If you are needing a custom order, please email me directly or fill out the contact me form. From there I will send mock-ups and work with you until we get to what you are looking for! 

If there is an issue with the design or the shirty is faulty, and as long as it is not a custom order, email me to initiate the return or exchange at thefineline19@gmail.com. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for the wrong size purchase as they are unisex and the sizing guides are provided. 

I do have a porch pick up option, for those local to Lafayette. If you choose this, you will be responsible for picking up your items once receiving confirmation they are done. If you don't, you will be sent an invoice for shipping.
